The Studio

The Class
Every class runs on the reformer and welcomes all levels — instructors scale each movement to you. One format, done properly.
Breath, alignment and gentle articulation on the carriage. The city stays outside; your focus comes in.
Full-body strength and control against the springs — core, glutes, back and shoulders, scaled to your level by your instructor.
Long stretches and slow breath to finish. You leave taller than you came in — that's the whole point.
